To ensure that the centre delivers Top Quartile HSSE performance and energy efficiency in the building by:
•Driving implementation of the office HSE MS (management system), monitor and report on HSE performance. Manage incident information database, analyse & interpret data and communicate learnings.
•Support the implementation of the HSE management system (HSEMS) by embedding them in the facilities management and people processes
•Ensure that the HSSE floor wardens committee structure for the relevant LOBs, tools and processes are in place and operating effectively
•Ensuring leadership commitment to HSSE. Providing HSE advice, support and challenge to centre leadership and ensuring they establish the right HSSE culture and behaviours .
•Set up and ensure that the required safety tools and equipment are in place and well maintained/replenished/good working order eg. first aid kits, AED, Safety signages, signage
•Extract data from incident information database & other sources and provide monthly reports on HSE performance of the site
•Update HSSE Plan on monthly basis and report to CLT
•Coordinate for centres HSSE Initiatives like (Road Safety Week, Hold the Handrail , walking & working, etc)
Carrying out HSSE risk assessment of centre assets and plan and coordinate assurance programs (audits, safety walks and assurance)
•Monitor and update HSSE risk assessment
•Supporting the FM team for PTW assurances and implementation.
Lead Inspection, incident investigations and safety walks as appropriate.
•Lead Inspection for common areas of the site and other HSSE areas like – PPE, Medical room, Fire system etc.
•Lead investigation for NMPI and share information of critical incidents
•Lead safety walks of facility together with Facilities Manager and Asset protection manager
•Perform quality assurance of all HSSE investigations carried out by HSE advisors
•Ensure that appropriate HSSE advice is available to line managers
Drive preparation, coordination and conduct training of staff and contractors.
•Coordinate for internal and External HSSE training for staff, contractors ,Professional drivers, FM executives etc.
•Develop , maintain and communicate training calendar for HSSE programmes.
•Minimum of 5 year relevant experience in HSSE
•Accredited, HSSE Qualification like Diploma in industrial safety (PDIS) from recognized institute / University degree with relevant HSSE qualification
•Excellent stakeholder engagement
•Strong command of English Language – both spoken and written and understanding of local language is preferable
